Lead Pastor
Since 1999, Dr. Jeff Cranston has served as the Lead Pastor of LowCountry Community Church, an innovative faith community in coastal South Carolina. Today more than 1,700 people call LCC their spiritual home.
Jeff is a graduate of Columbia International University (B.S.), Moody Theological Seminary (MAMin.), and Lake Charles Theological Seminary (D. Min.) and has served in leadership positions in churches and para-church organizations for over 28 years. His humorous and honest style has made him a popular speaker for conferences, seminars, churches, and retreats. Jeff is passionate about the areas of leadership equipping, reaching people for Christ, Christian growth and discipleship, and biblical teaching that is contextual and readily applicable.
Jeff is a published author of What Christians Need to know About Islam [2005], and "Happily Ever After: Studies in the Beatitudes" [2010]). He loves being a father and grandfather, losing golf balls on tight, lagoon-lined fairways, reading three to four books a month, and traveling. Jeff has been married to his college sweetheart, Darlene, for twenty-eight years.
