People are the tools that make things happen at LCC. Without hundreds of folks rolling up their sleeves and getting into the game each week, we'd be up the proverbial creek! But serving isn't really about what the church gets out of the people that serve. Its about what the people who serve get out of the church -- from one another. People who serve regularly find a sense of ownership, excitement and significance in what God is doing in the lives of people. People who regularly use their spiritual gifts, passions, abilities, personality, and experiences don't see serving as work. They often see it as the best time of their week. Something they love and enjoy.
You can get out of the stands and into the game at LCC too. It begins with filong out the simple online Volunteer Application. You'll be contacted by Jason Best, our Director of Ministry & Volunteers, to help guide you through the rest of the process.
