A Year of Overflow

This year, we’ve witnessed God move in powerful and unmistakable ways at Lowcountry Community Church. From the baptism waters to the mission field and from our youngest kids to our most seasoned adults, His presence has overflowed into every part of our church.

We’ve seen faith renewed and lives transformed. We’ve watched people take bold steps to serve, give, and go wherever God has called them. We’ve witnessed the next generation on fire for Jesus like never before! Through every story and every moment of obedience, God has reminded us that He can do more with our “yes” than we could ever do on our own.

As we look back on 2025, we celebrate not what we’ve done but what God has done through His people.

This year has been one of Overflow—where His goodness has spilled out beyond our walls and into homes, schools, and communities here and around the world.

CONNECTION AND GROWTH

324 people have participated in a Class or Support Group this year. LCC offers something for every season of life, all rooted in God’s Word and centered on community.

775 people actively participate in Home Groups! Home Groups create spaces to connect and grow with one another relationally and spiritually.

70 people are actively participating in our newly launched Social Clubs designed to build community around common interests such as pickleball, running, golf, and more!

“We meet with a great group of people every Tuesday evening…every person in the group welcomed us and treated us like family! These people really share and do life with us as we all navigate challenges and triumphs…I cannot thank God enough for His introduction to these people!” —Tracey Woodson

REVIVAL IN GEN Z

40% higher attendance at Lowco YTH this year! They’ve outgrown their Student Auditorium and now meet in the Main Auditorium because of the increase in attendance.

525 students attended Lowco YTH’s September MVMNT Night - a new record!

250 students made first-time decisions to follow Jesus in 2025!

“Over this past year at Lowco YTH, I’ve worshiped and prayed in ways that have changed my life. Even in the little things, the YTH team works hard to make students feel like family, and those small things go a long way. God is reviving hearts, working everywhere, and I am living proof of God’s power through Lowco YTH” —Grayson Smith

LIFE CHANGE

200+ people have made a public declaration of faith through baptism at LCC this year!

700+ people have made a first-time decision to follow Jesus!

200+ chairs have been added in the concourse to make more room for overflow each week!

“When Donna came up out of the baptism waters, the joy on her face said it all. It didn’t matter that she was 73 years old. What mattered was that she had encountered the love of a Savior who never stopped pursuing her. Donna’s story reminds me that no matter who you are, where you come from, or how long it takes, you’re never too far gone for God to find you. And when He does, heaven celebrates. Every single time.” —Pastor Jason Best

the lowcountry and beyond

Over $650,000 has been given to LCC’s mission partners, Disaster Relief, and Lowcountry Food Pantry. Every dollar helps to share hope, meet needs, and make a lasting impact in our community and beyond.

Over 23,000 miles traveled with our mission teams this year to spread the hope of the Gospel! Teams traveled to New Mexico, Ecuador, England, and multiple disaster relief trips to North Carolina.

Over 31,000 lbs of groceries distributed to families in Beaufort and Jasper counties facing food insecurity solely through the donations collected through our members on Sunday mornings. That’s enough to fill an entire semi-truck!

“Through every trip, every “yes,” and every moment of surrender, God has been shaping our family. He’s shown us that mission work is less about what we do and more about how He grows our faith when we let Him lead. He truly does immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine, and we’re so grateful to be part of the story He’s writing.” —Kory and Dana Reitz

Overflowing Gratitude

God’s story in us is still being written. The same power that moved so clearly in 2025 will continue to overflow into the year ahead.

While we don’t yet know all that 2026 will hold, we stand with confidence in the God who goes before us. He’s preparing new opportunities and new stories of redemption. He’s paving the way for our church to reach more people with the hope of Jesus.

As we close this year, we give thanks for what He’s done and look forward with faith for what’s to come. Thank you for being part of how God is using Lowcountry Community Church to change lives through the message of Jesus here and around the world.

The overflow continues—and together, we’ll keep saying yes to whatever God has next.
