What you'll find:

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING

Studies by the CDC and National Institute of Mental Health indicate that nearly 25% of adults in the US currently deal with mental health issues, including but not limited to depression and anxiety. A study in February of 2023 found that 1 in 3 people reported current symptoms of anxiety and depression. Mental health describes a broad range of experiences that also include OCD, ADHD, PTSD, Tourette’s, insomnia, stress, burnout and many more. Charles Spurgeon, Martin Luther, Winston Churchill and King David are just a few well known individuals who struggled with chronic depression. The church should be involved in meeting this growing need for resources to help facilitate mental and emotional wellbeing. LCC has a network of vetted Christian counselors we recommend. We also have our own Certified Mental Health Coach to aid you in finding the resources that best fit your needs.

MARRIAGE COUNSELING

Multiple study statistics indicate nearly half of marriages end in divorce or separation. Researchers estimate 41% of 1st marriages, 60% of 2nd marriages, and 73% of 3rd marriages will end in divorce. LCC wants to come alongside you to be proactive and intentional to facilitate the health of your marriage relationship and the individuals in it. If you feel your marriage is in crisis, we have resources to help you navigate your situation.
